This Black Leaf 4-arm Diffuser Downstem 18,8mm (14cm long) is a unique, robust and effective glass diffuser downstem with 4 small pipes instead of 1 larger one. The 4-arm diffuser downstem has a slitted bottom to make it even more effective and bubbly. The grind, or fitting, is SG19 (18,8mm) for both the bowl and the bong joint. This glass replacement downstem is 14 centimeters long and made by German bong manufacturer Black Leaf. A nice upgrade for all bong with an SG19 (18,8mm) joint.
